Note: To maintain a high-quality experience for attendees, we do not accept loose flyers or paper handouts, as they are often discarded or damaged. We prioritize items that provide meaningful value—such as useful resources, thoughtfully designed materials, or branded items attendees will keep and use.

I acknowledge that vendor setup will take place between 8:00am and 10:00am, with specific arrival windows assigned based on vendor level. I understand that all vendors must be fully packed up and out of the building by 6:00pm.
