Refund Policy

We strive to provide an exceptional experience at the Menopause Fair Las Vegas, and we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Ticket Purchases

No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, we do not offer refunds. This includes cases of attendee cancellation or no-show.
Event Cancellation: If the Menopause Fair Las Vegas is canceled by the organizers for any reason, all ticket holders will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or given to others.

2. Event Rescheduling

Rescheduled Event: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of the new date. Tickets purchased for the original event will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us at info@menopauselv.com to discuss your options.

3. Sponsor and Vendor Payments

No Refunds for Sponsorships: Sponsorships and vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event of an event cancellation by the organizers, sponsors and vendors will receive a full refund.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
