Terms & Conditions

hese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Menopause Fair Las Vegas website and participation in the event. By purchasing a ticket, becoming a sponsor, or otherwise engaging with our event, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Ticket Purchases

  • Ticket Sales: Tickets for the Menopause Fair Las Vegas are available for purchase online. All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

  • Ticket Use: A purchased ticket grants the holder access to the event on October 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Lotus Studio Events, located at 1470 Raiders Way, Suite 100 & 110, Henderson, Nevada 89052. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.

  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: If you lose your ticket or confirmation, please contact us at info@menopauselv.com for assistance. We will work with you to verify your purchase and provide a replacement ticket.
     

2. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, including speakers, workshops, or activities, at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email or through our event website.

  • Event Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in the event of a cancellation.
     

3. Sponsors and Vendors

  • Sponsorship and Vendor Participation: Sponsors and vendors are subject to additional terms outlined in their sponsorship agreements. Sponsors will have access to attendee names and email addresses for event-related communication purposes only. Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their materials and promotions align with event guidelines.

  • Indemnification: Sponsors and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, partners, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the event.
     

4. Attendee Conduct

  • Behavior: Attendees agree to behave respectfully and courteously throughout the event. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions that disrupt the event experience may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  • Health and Safety: Attendees agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by event organizers, including any protocols related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns. The event organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who does not comply with health and safety guidelines.
     

5. Photography and Media

  • Consent to Photography: By purchasing a ticket or participating in the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, and in future marketing materials.

  • Media Rights: The event organizers retain the right to use any media, including photographs, videos, and testimonials, for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes related to the Menopause Fair Las Vegas.
     

6. Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal Information: The personal information you provide during the registration process will be used to process your ticket purchase, communicate event details, and send marketing communications. Your information may also be shared with sponsors for event-related purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • Opting Out: You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting us at info@menopauselv.com.
     

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Limitation of Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred by attendees or sponsors during the event. By participating, you assume all risks associated with attending or participating in the event.

  • Force Majeure: The event organizers are not liable for any failure to perform their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or technical issues.
     

8. Amendments to Terms

  • The event organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these changes.
     

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
