She is passionate about helping women redefine what is possibly in midlife by strengthening the body at the cellular level.

Drawing on her expertise in regenerative, Longevity, metabolic health, menopause care, Sharon teaches women to understand the interconnected systems that influence energy, brain, health, resilience, and healthy aging. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, she empowered women with science based, practical strategies, that support long-term vitality, and help them take an active role in shaping how their age.

Known for translating complex biology into CLEAR, actionable education, Sharon is leading a movement that encourages women to build cellular strength, creating a stronger foundation for health, longevity and a vibrant life beyond menopause.

Why are you passionate about helping women through perimenopause and menopause?

My desire is to change the way we view aging. To help show how building cellular resilience is the essence of creating vitality, increasing lifespan and maximizing human potential.

Who is the ideal woman you serve?

The ideal woman I serve is between 40 and 65 who isn’t defined by her age.

She is proactive, growth, minded woman who is navigating midlife, and want’s more than symptom relief. She wants to understand her body and take an active role in shaping how she ages. She is ready to move beyond simply reacting to menopause and instead has a desire to strengthen the biological foundation that supports energy, resilience, cognitive health, and long-term vitality. She value science based guidance, appreciates whole body approach, and believes that aging can be optimized, rather than just be endured.

What concerns do women most commonly come to you for?

A woman who realizes what Used To work doesn’t work anymore. A woman who notices that her energy isn’t what it’s supposed to be. She’s gaining weight despite eating the same, she doesn’t feel mentally sharp, recovery takes longer, her skin sleep mood and libido have changed. She knows something is different even if her labs have been called normal. She doesn’t want someone to simply tell her that’s just menopause. She wants to understand why.

What makes your approach unique?

My approach is unique because I am helping women build the biological foundation for the second half of their lives rather than treating symptoms of a passage through life. Menopause is a doorway and cellular strength is the destination.

What is one thing you wish every woman knew about perimenopause or menopause?

Menopause is a doorway and cellular strength is the destination.

What should someone expect when working with you?

A person that works with me should expect to be heard, educated, and empowered. Together, we root the root causes behind how they’re feeling, connect the dots across their health, and create a personalized plan that helps them build strength, resilience, and vitality from the cellular level up. My goal isn’t simply to help a person feel better today, but instead it’s to help them create the healthiest future possible.

What is the best first step for someone who wants to connect with you?

The best first step is to begin with education. I encourage you to download my Cellular Strength Menopause Roadmap and complete the Menopause Resilience self check.

From there, if you’d like a deeper understanding of your metabolic health or are curious whether hormone optimization might be right for you, you can complete one or both of my comprehensive assessments. (Metabolic Flexibility & Cellular Resilience Assessment / Hormone Awareness Assessment).

Together these resources help identify the most appropriate next steps based on your unique needs.
